working principle

  JG series airflow dryerIt can quickly remove water (mainly surface water) from easily dehydrated particles and powdery materials. In airflow drying, the quality of the dried finished product is well controlled due to the short residence time of the material in the dryer. Our factory's enhanced airflow drying consists of adding a set of intensifiers whose speed can be infinitely adjusted to the basic type. The wet material enters the intensifier through the screw feeder and is fully mixed with the hot airflow. Under the crushing and advancement of the rapidly rotating hammer knife, the material is broken into fine particles, which move towards the outlet while drying,^Then, under the attraction of wind, enter the drying pipe for further uniform drying. Wet and heavy particles that cannot be attracted by the wind continue to be crushed and dried until they can be sucked up by the wind and enter the drying pipe.

working principle

  FG series airflow dryerThe working principle of "The drying of wet materials" is to divide the drying of wet materials into two steps. The raw materials are first subjected to primary positive pressure drying by a mixture of secondary drying tail gas and supplementary hot air. The used high temperature and low humidity tail gas is discharged out of the machine. The dried semi-finished products are subjected to secondary negative pressure drying by fresh hot air. The dried finished product is metered and packaged. The used high-temperature and low-humidity tail gas is used for primary drying, thereby completing a good circular drying process. The amount of supplementary hot air can be adjusted at will as needed, so the machine is widely applicable.
