Equipment structural characteristics and technical performance
This device uses efficient ceramic corrugated packing. The distillation tower body is made of stainless steel, which prevents iron filings from clogging the packing and prolongs the service life of the device. All equipment parts in this device that come into contact with alcohol, such as condensers, surge tanks, cooling coils, etc., are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The W-shaped still uses a detachable U-shaped heating tube. During maintenance, the U-shaped heating tube can be moved out of the kettle to facilitate cleaning of the outer wall of the heating tube and the inner wall of the still kettle.
Type ZW eliminates the need for indirect heating of the still. The condenser adopts tubular heat exchangers, or spiral plate heat exchangers can also be supplied according to user requirements. The cooler adopts coil type coolers, which adopts coil type coolers and is supplied with supporting stabilization tanks and specific gravity meters.

This device is suitable for recycling dilute alcohol in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries. It is also suitable for the distillation of other solvents such as methanol. According to user requirements, this device can distil dilute alcohol from about 30° to 90~95° alcohol. If the alcohol content of the finished product is very high, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the output will be reduced accordingly.

There are five specifications for the W type, and each specification includes a correspondingly configured distillation column, still, condenser, cooler, pressure tank, and specific gravity meter. Among them, W-200 and W-300 distillation towers are directly installed on the still. W-400, W-500, and W-600 distillation towers and still are installed separately.
The ZW model has two specifications: ZW-200 and ZW-300. Each specification includes corresponding supporting preheater, distillation tower, condenser, cooler, surge tank, and specific gravity meter.
Other auxiliary equipment and instruments such as measuring tanks, storage tanks, transfer pumps, rotamometers, temperature indicating instruments, etc. are provided by users. Our factory can also process them separately or order them on their behalf according to users 'requirements.
