product Overview
The male and female rotation of the screw causes the material to produce compound motion in the cone, which mainly produces four forms of motion:
1. The spiral revolves along the wall, making the material move in a circular manner along the conical wall;
2. Spiral rotation causes the material to rise in a spiral from the bottom of the cone;
3. The combined motion of the screw and rotation causes part of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface and at the same time, due to the centrifugal force of the screw rotation, part of the material in the spiral cylindrical surface is discharged radially towards the cone;
4. The rising material falls due to its own gravity. The four movements produce convection, shearing, and diffusion in the mixer to achieve rapid and uniform mixing.
