HG-Roller scraper dryer
working principle
Drum dryer is an internal heating conduction type rotating continuous drying equipment. A material film of a thickness is adhered to the rotating drum through its lower material trough. The heat is transported to the inner wall of the drum through the pipe, conducted to the outer wall of the drum, and then conducted to the feed film, so that the moisture in the material film can be evaporated and dehumidified, and the material containing moisture is dried. The dried material is scraped away from the drum by a scraper installed on the surface of the drum and sent to a screw conveyor placed below the scraper. The dry material is concentrated and packed through the screw conveyor.
performance characteristics
◎ High thermal efficiency. Because the heat transfer mechanism of the drum dryer is heat conduction, the heat transfer direction remains consistent throughout the operation cycle. Except for cover heat dissipation and heat radiation loss, all the other heat is used for the evaporation of moisture from the drum material film, and the thermal efficiency can reach 70%-80%.
◎ High operation flexibility and wide applicability. Many drying factors of the drum dryer can be adjusted. For example, the concentration of the feed material, the thickness of the coating film, the temperature of the heating medium, the rotating speed of the drum, etc., can all change the drying efficiency of the drum dryer, and many factors are irrelevant. This brings great convenience to the drum drying operation, making it suitable for the drying of multiple materials and different yield requirements.
◎ Short drying time. The drying cycle of materials is generally only 10-300 seconds, which is suitable for heat-sensitive materials. If the drum dryer is set in a vacuum, it can be operated under reduced pressure.
◎ High drying rate. Because the film applied to the cylinder wall is very thin, generally 0.3-1.5mm, and the heat and mass transfer directions are consistent, the surface of the film can maintain an evaporation intensity of 20- 70kg.H2O/m2.h.
installation
The installation system of this machine is installed according to the general layout. The ground should be flat. The pressure gauge and safety valve should be installed at the inlet of the steam pipe. The flanges of each steam inlet should be firmly connected.
Adapt materials
◎ Suitable for drying liquids or more viscous materials in chemical, dye, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgical and other industries.
maintenance
◎ Regularly check the rotating flexibility of rotating parts for any jamming. Sprockets and other parts should be greased regularly, and errors in measuring devices such as pressure gauges should be corrected regularly. If the V-belt transmission parts are seriously worn, replace them in time.

debugging
After installation, the machine must be tested first
◎ Inch the main motor to observe that the main drum turns correctly.
◎ Observe whether the main drum and each transmission component rotate flexibly, observe whether the steam inlet and outlet are connected, and whether the pressure gauge is within the working pressure range.
◎ Start the motor, and the main drum will run smoothly. After the temperature rises, add the material, adjust the motor speed and the uniformity of the material film on the drum to control the final moisture content of the material.
◎ Start the auger motor to output the dried finished materials, and adjust the rotation speed of the auger motor according to the quantity of dried finished products.
