product Overview
Wet material enters the spiral bed from the top feeding port. Under the action of circumferential exciting force and gravity, the material jumps from top to bottom along the spiral bed to the bottom layer; at the same time, clean hot air enters from the bottom of the spiral bed, conducts sufficient heat and mass transfer with the materials distributed on the bed, and is discharged from the top moisture discharge port. Thus, the material can achieve the purpose of drying.

equipment installation
(1) Equipment take-over is determined according to the specific situation of the user and equipment dust removal devices are configured with or without according to the user's requirements.
(2) The installation tools used for equipment installation are all commonly used tools. The factory should have enough lifting space.
(3) The equipment installation height is placed in place according to the site foundation requirements.
(4) After the equipment is in place, install the pipelines.
Equipment debugging and operation
(1) Only after the equipment is installed can it be powered on for debugging. Before turning on the vibration motor, the entire equipment should be thoroughly inspected. If any bolts are found to be loose, tighten them promptly without clearance.
(2) Secondly, check whether the angle and opening of the eccentric blocks of the two motors are consistent. If they are not the same, adjustment is needed.
(3) Only after the inspection can you connect the vibration motor. The power supply is 380 volts and 50HZ three-phase alternating current. The two motors need to be connected to the same switch to start and stop at the same time.
(4) After the power supply is connected correctly, turn the switch on a pilot basis to rotate the two motors. At this time, observe whether the eccentric blocks of the two motors turn in opposite directions. If they are found to be the same, the two phase lines of one of the vibrating motors need to be reversed, and the steering direction can be changed.
(5) After adjusting the steering direction of the motor, the stop time of the material in the dryer can be further adjusted. If the residence time of the material in the machine is prolonged, the specific method is to increase the angle between the two eccentric blocks, that is, reduce the eccentricity of the rotating body. The second is to reduce the angle between the rotation axis of the vibration motor and the horizontal line, so that the force of the exciting force in the horizontal direction is reduced. On the contrary, the residence time of the material in the machine can be shortened.
(6) After adjusting the retention time of the material, it is necessary to run empty for more than two hours without abnormal noise, and then the material can be officially added for production.
(7) Before charging, first start the supporting blower and induced draft fan in the process, and then turn on the air preheater to heat the air to the temperature required by the material.
(8) After the hot air temperature stabilizes, the material to be dried can be continuously and quantitatively added into the dryer.
(9) Adjust the opening of the valves at the inlet and outlet of the pipes in the process to create a slight negative pressure above the drying bed to prevent dust from escaping from the feeding port and the discharge port when the material is dried.
(10)After production is completed, the materials in the dryer must be completely removed before turning off the vibration motor, blower, induced draft fan and air preheater.
precautions
(1) After adjusting the eccentric block of the vibration motor, be sure to tighten the clamping bolt to prevent the eccentric block from loosening.
(2) Regularly check the bolts and steel plates of each component of the equipment for looseness and cracks. If the above situation is found, stop the vehicle immediately and take corresponding measures.
